Call Log Permission Disclosure
Last updated: 22 May 2026
DigiCall requests access to call logs because call log reporting is the core function of the app.
Permission Requested
- READ_CALL_LOG: Used to read business call history from the authorized agent's device.
- READ_CONTACTS: Used to show contact names where available instead of only phone numbers.
- READ_PHONE_STATE: Used for device and telephony metadata such as SIM information where available.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used for sync and device status notifications where supported.
What Call Data Is Collected
DigiCall may collect phone number, contact name, incoming/outgoing/missed/rejected type, duration, call timestamp, SIM slot where available, device name, agent name, and sync status.
How Call Data Is Used
Call data is used for business dashboards, daily target tracking, connected/not connected analysis, duplicate-safe sync, admin reporting, and Google Sheets export. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Who Can See It
Only authorized company owners/admins for the relevant workspace and restricted DigiAud platform administrators can access the data.
