This page summarizes data handling for Google Play review and customer transparency.
Data Types
- Personal info: agent name, owner name, email, mobile number.
- App activity: call log activity used for business reporting.
- Device or other IDs: device ID, device model, app version, Firebase push token.
- Contacts: contact name lookup where permission is granted.
Purpose
- App functionality: syncing call logs and showing business dashboards.
- Analytics for company owners: targets, connected calls, missed calls, total duration, and sync health.
- Account management: company, owner, agent, and device administration.
Sharing
Data is not sold. Data is shared only with the relevant company workspace users, DigiAud platform administrators for support/operations, and configured reporting destinations such as Google Sheets when enabled.
Security Practices
DigiCall uses authenticated API access, tenant scoping, device sync controls, and backend duplicate checks. Company owners can disable agents or devices from the dashboard.
