These terms govern use of DigiCall, a business telecalling monitoring and reporting platform provided by DigiAud.
Authorized Business Use
DigiCall is intended for companies and their authorized agents. Company owners are responsible for ensuring agents understand that the app records business call activity for reporting and compliance.
Account Responsibility
Company owners must keep owner and agent credentials secure, create accounts only for authorized users, and disable access when an agent leaves or no longer needs the service.
Permissions
DigiCall requires call log and related permissions only for its core telecalling reporting features. If required permissions are removed, the app may not be able to sync or report call activity correctly.
Acceptable Use
Users must not use DigiCall for unlawful monitoring, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, advertising abuse, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
Service Availability
DigiAud works to keep DigiCall reliable, but service availability can depend on network connectivity, device battery policies, Android background restrictions, Google Sheets availability, and third-party services.
